The Daily Commitments Brief
Every morning, Claude reads your email and leaves you a short note: what you promised, who is waiting on you, and what needs attention today.
What it does
Outlook used to send a “Briefing” email that pulled the commitments and requests out of your inbox: you said you would send the report by Friday; Dave asked for the numbers twice. Microsoft paused it. This is the same idea, built on Claude, and it belongs to you.
Paste one prompt into a scheduled task. Each morning you get:
- what you told people you would do, and by when
- what people have asked you for, and how many times they have asked
- what you asked others for and are still waiting on
- deadlines mentioned in email that never made it onto your calendar
Every item comes with a short quote from the actual message, so you can see where it came from. It never sends, deletes, or moves anything. It reads; you decide.
You tune it by replying in plain English — “3 done”, “add Maria to VIPs”, “make it shorter” — and the change sticks for every run after that.
What you get
The prompt, as a text file you paste into Claude, and a setup guide. Setup takes about five minutes.
Our No B.S. policy
You give us your email. We send you the prompt. That’s the deal.
- It needs a paid Claude plan with your email connected. If you don’t have that, it won’t work for you — skip the signup.
- One email to confirm it’s really you. Then the prompt.
- After that, we email you when we publish a new article. About once a month. That’s it.
- Want out? One click and you’re off the list.
- We never sell or share your address. Ever.
Want one built for your team?
This is the kind of small, practical deployment we do for companies: one workflow, one clear result, measured before and after.
